We explored Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and a giant toy store called FAO Schwarz! They had a giant piano carpet thing that you would step on the play and it was really fun.
New York’s Must-Sees
We got to visit the 9/11 Museum and the Empire State Building. We also went to Ellis Island, learned a bunch of the history behind it, and saw the Statue of Liberty.
Times Square
We got a backstage tour of Radio City Music Hall which was super awesome, and then we hung out in Times Square before going to see Phantom of the Opera on Broadway!
Boston
We did lots of historical things today: walked around an old town with people pretending to be working and living like it was the 18th century or so, went to Plymouth Rock, and saw the USS Constitution. We got to walk in the boat and see living quarters and canons and stuff! We also saw Paul Revere’s House and went up the Bunker Hill tower.
Interviews & Banquet
Flash Interviews and Callbacks! Someone from Wallflower Management was interested in me for modeling at flash interviews, and Mrs. Joann said to get in touch with her if we go to LA. Then we had the banquet and wrap party.
Finale
Today I walked the runway, and then our group improv performed at the finale!
More Showcases
Today I had Photography, basically like modeling, and Group Improv. Our group improv team made it to the finale!
More Showcases
Today I did Scene Read, Cold Read, and TV Presenter, which were all cold reads so I didn’t know what I was going to say until a couple minutes before hand. And I also had Product Endorsement today, where I was selling my made up product, Freckle Spritz, a spray that gives you freckles.
On Camera Showcase
I did my first showcase today! It was On Camera. I wrote my own monologue that was about being in the car with a friend who’s a terrible driver and I’m screaming at them, but it turns out just to be one of those cars in a store.
Just Chillin’
Practiced walking on the runway, but most of today was just hanging out in the hotel by the pool.
